WoW Upgrades - The item level Upgrade Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a boost in specific stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item upgrade by +3. Each upgrade also increases the random substatus.

Upgraded gear is generally more useful, unless the item has a low requirement by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like eth Titan weapons). These types of gear get less value from upgrading due to the necessity to roll to get a perfect version.

The upgrader for items allows players to upgrade their gear to a higher item level by providing the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any kind of weapon or armor.
