Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized with a specialized application. You can save your home's maps and organize cleaning schedules, and select the mopping mode you prefer. You can also alter the suction power and fine-tune how much water and the scrubbing action of your mop.

A mapping feature can help your robot navigate through rooms while an obstacle avoidance function will stop it from hitting furniture, wires or stray pet toys. These are essential features to have in my house, filled with toys scattered around.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the top-of-the-line mop and vacuum cleaner, so it is naturally with features. It can sweep and mop simultaneously, and lift its mop pads or brushes to ensure that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It also has the ability to see and avoid obstacles, with the ability to recognize pets, plants and other small objects.

The robot vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is higher than any other robot vac we've tested up to now. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its location, preventing it from getting stuck on an object.

Mopping capabilities are also impressive, with the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply constant pressure of over 6 Newtons to the mop pad for an intense clean. It also has a mop lifter system which lifts the pad automatically as it is able to switch between tile, laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs, in order to avoid soaking soft surfaces.

Additionally, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying features. The pad can be used for rinsing and drying in the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. This means you can just set it and forget it, only having to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank every now and then.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. I tested it with its normal vac and mop settings for around 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and then return to its base for a recharge. This isn't far off from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is at the same level with other hybrids I've tested.

It's a robust, well-rounded product. The only downside is that it's costly. The sheer amount of features make it a very attractive option for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We highly recommend this model if you can justify the cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot cleaner vacuum and mop combo. The premium price is justified by the robust features, such as a huge vacuuming capacity and two mop heads that rotate. It also has an app-based, smart controller and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is among the most powerful robotic vacuums and mop combos available. In my tests, it performed very well throughout the house. It was able to remove 98.4 percent of debris from all kinds of floors and was able to lift long hair without tangling. The mops also performed admirably, achieving excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational motion and a strong dose cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's real selling point is its advanced multifunctional docking station. The dock emptys its dust bin into a dirt bag, refills its water tank to enable mopping and dry its mop pads for you. It also features a real-time safety detection system and lets you schedule regular cleaning sessions using its smart controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer the best performance in removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid vacuum mops I tested. Additionally, its mops aren't as capable at scrubbing away staining that is as strong as those in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra’s high-end features, it requires regular maintenance. Its base station needs to be cleaned and the water and dust tanks must be emptied, cleaned and dried regularly to avoid mildew and unpleasant odors. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads, which are bought separately must be replaced periodically too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. If you're on a smaller budget, I suggest considering a less basic model that allows you to save money while enjoying hands-free cleaning at your home. It's important to note that even if the L10S Ultra is the best robotic vacuum and mop combination you can find but its high cost and maintenance costs will ultimately make it more of a want than a need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you require to get rid of messes and clean dirt off your floors. This powerful robovac/mop set-up has a powerful suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also boasts a large battery capacity that can be used for vacuuming as well as mowing. And it is equipped with a top-quality obstacle-avoidance technology. The app that runs the appliance is quite dense, and offers a variety of options for customizing the cleaning process.
